Distinctive characteristics of this form:

window envelope;
there are two broad format categories:
1: thin line around the window, rectangular flap on the reverse side and neither or only one of the two advertisements on the reverse is boxed;
2. thick line around the window, round peak on the flap on the reverse side and both advertisements on the reverse are boxed.
